RE: capture y dont u use windvd player.. it has the feature to capture the images from video file.... i think the quality of image catured by windvd is much better than printscreen option... if possible then must try this..:)

RE: Flash file cropping u can use camtasia software... as it can capstured the screen to a movie file (but not in flash file) and it also have the capability to select the area u want to record from the screen...
