no, its just a moded dll file that you'll have to overwrite so that you can use themes without any third party applications like style xp and blinds, but using the windows theme engine. Once you patch it, you dont need those crappy programs anymore... | s7a5 | Tech Talk | 08-09-2004 at 07:39 PM |
