I'm sorry but the only person that can help you in this regard is Patchou (As he is the only one that knows the encoding of the file). Please wait patiently and i'll direct Patchou towards this thread at the next opportunity he isn't busy

Patchou isn't only the person who knows how to decrypt the files. It's practically open source.

solus has published the file format, source code for utilising it, and a working encryption and decryption utility.
