I want to backup some of my DVD's is it faster just to use DVD Shrink to copy from DVD to DVD or use dycryptor then dvd shrink?

if not, its decripted, then encripted and burned... which is just a waste of time...

Some DVDs might have a copy protection which DVD Shrink cannot handle. In that case, use DVD Decrypter than Shrink.

If Shrink can handle the DVD, use it.

I would always use DVD Decrypter first. But that is just me.

Doesn't it also depend on the DVD size if it's 4 gig or 8gig?

The lazy (but more expensive way) to do dvds is a combination of Anydvd and Clonedvd2 from slysoft.

Why not just use DVD Shrink and for the encryption methods it can't handle (never had that), use Dvd Decrypter first.

Naturally only using one program is faster.
