Is it possible to see if your contacts have deleted you form their contact list? Do you need any plugins etc. to be able to get that information or is it just not possible?

Or with just MSN Messenger:
Open allowlist (tools > options > privacy...click the "view" button) and compare that list with your contactslist.
or go there and right click the contact, if it allows you to delete them that means that you are not on their list
