Well ladies and gentlemen another fine reason not to go with AOL for your ISP in the UK

Please read the attached .txt file and i'm sure you'll agree they pretty much suck

She can't spell for crap.  Plus, if they really did a speed upgrade, just ask for a higher level support and he'll redirect you to the central, where they can raise the speed withen few seconds.

similar thing has happened to me countless times before, except last time i moaned at them for not answering me for 30 minutes saying they were too busy drinking, coughing and looking at porn.

they then told me to be patient and that they were doing their best
I even tried to prove that they were BOTS because it kept returning the same result whenever i said i had a specific problem countless times in the same convo box

Sorry, sympatico service totally sucks. They have disconnected my connection twice for no valid reason, and needed weeks to get it repaired. I switched to videotron. Lots faster.

I use Rogers High Speed, I havent had any problums with them (well only once when they were upgrading hardware, and that was only about an hour). I get about 2.6 MB.

untrue. they're fast but  i live far away from the station so my speed in 1.3 mb/s instead of the promised 3+mb/s

and i never heard of videotron

and my school's internet highest recorded speed is 24 mb/s so i was thinking of tapping into theirs

btw, they cought me doing you know wat and didnt care

they kicked me for downloading too much 2 years ago

That sucks. I'm having problems with my ISP too. I am paying for 2mb but have 1mb and have for months. They said that they couldn't speed it up for a few weeks and I should say when it has speed up so I can get my money back.

AOL needs to rethink their name. If you see the adverts people are tricked that AOL somehow stops fraud and children viewing porn etc.
