=> If you are simply searching for people to chat with in English, then this forum isn't the best place to look at. (It isn't a 'dating' forum or something). Especially not if you want to use ICQ, as not many people use that anymore.

Yes! It is I am. I have ICQ and Skype!! I may read English book, text and so on, but I badly to write. If there is someone who wants to chat in English? I want stady English.
