Can you replace the skininfo.xml file in /Messenger Plus!/WLM-Skins/Agaeti with this one, please? Tell me if it works. [Download the file, opening it won't show the "raw" content]

May be the skin "capture" (I don't know a better word) the language after changing the "Windows Live installation language"

Hm, strange. Are you using Windows in English? I use Windows in pt-br, and the skin will always show up in Portuguese if pt-br is present in the skininfo. Now, if I remove it, it shows me the first listed language [English]. I'll talk to other people to see if it happens with other languages as well, sorry for that problem.
