Hi Everyone,How are you? I'm Kristy,I just joined today,and I was wondering if anyone could help me,I am having big problems with my msn,Everytime I sign into it,it keeps giving me 2 error codes one is 8e5e0152 and the other one is 80040200 and I did everything I can do get rid of the error,but nothing I'm doing is working.What do I do?

What have you done to try and resolve the issue? Telling us is best so we don't have you try and repeat any steps.

Also what version of Windows Live Messenger are you using?
What version of Windows are you running?
Do you have any other add on applications like Messenger Plus! installed?

I went through my computer and files and got rid of some that is not needed and that didn't work.Also,I am using an old version of msn,and I do not have any other add on applications! I also did a virus scan and that didn't work either!

What are the version numbers.

Did you try upgrading to the latest Windows Live Messenger?

I'm not sure of the numbers,I don't know where to look for the numbers! But I did try to upgrade and it won't let me!

On Messenger, go to Help > About Messenger (if you can't see the menu bar, press Alt).

For Windows, open a command prompt (type "cmd" in the Start menu search box), and the version is displayed on the first line.
