I'm in GMT Maintenance started at 19:17 for me. what time should it finish?

it says it in post, 1:30 PST - just about 2 and a half hours away

ahh 2 and a half hours...should be around 9:30pm for me. thats not too bad i suppose.

well I got to work for school and get some stuff OMFG theyjust don't understand that it could be damn important for someone they should e-mail everyone at least 1 day before they do this kind of shit

They can't e-mail everyone before they do it... sometimes they don't know, sometimes they do - but there are far too many people to e-mail.  And someone in the MSN policy is does say that it is only for personal use.

Not ALL of msn is working, just certian bays.
