RE: Desktop
I use http://www.wincustomize.net - it has lots of good things (wallpaper, logon screens, themes, media player skins, etc.)
Note - plz don't use the yellow text, I had to highlight it to read it

RE: Desktop
there are a few programs available if you just want to theme your taskbar, start menu, application windows etc.
1. Style XP
2. WindowBlinds
Other common programs are things like Rainlendar, and ObjectDock and Desktop Sidebar
For these programs you need themes etc. to use with them
Themes can be found at the following websites (amongst others)
1. ThemeXP.org
2. WinCustomize
Hope this helps

RE: Desktop
Well I'll take that as a no. Well I'll bug people about it one more time, to refresh their memory. If anyone knows where I can get Windows 2000 themes and other desktop editors, please post it. I tried googling it but nothing came it.

Well no actually, they won't, because both of the style programs are designed for Windows XP, the desktops will work, but none of the others will..

RE: Desktop
XP is easier 2 change sinci it works with themes. StyleXP and others just use that 2 enable custom themes. 2000 however doesn't work that wy so there aren't any themes available for it (well maybe 1 or 2)
I haven't been active here in ages.
If you're wondering who i am, read my reputations. I used to make plugins, skins and spam the IRC channels here back in the good old days before Windows Live.
