maybe its your firewall (if you are using something other than windows firewall if you are on windows xp)

Well, I'm sorry to say that this kind of error is really not supposed to happen in normal circumstances. The only reason I can think of is that another software installed is blocking it, like some kind of firewall or anti-software program (Zone Alarm?).

No, i don't use zone alarm. I guess it installed now, so it works i now i suppose. thanks for help.
