lol, it looks terrible.

Putting a message on the index would be easy because that little feature is already coded, and I don't think it would bother too many regular users there. The usefulness of putting it on every page is debatable...

I messed with it a bit... the background color and bold text should make it pretty noticeable, and possibly more annoying... :refuck:
