Most of the time you see such explanations and english so you better learn to read and understand it

Anyway, which version of msn and messenger plus are you using jenny. Also tell me what extentions you are using if any.

Most probably its a connection problem (either on your side or the server side) so it should go away .... but you can goto the msn options -> network and run the connection problems check to clear out any mistakes if possible on your side

Jenny do u mind changing the color of the text. I just cant read a single word.

Messenger Plus! sounds an unrelated issue. Most likely it is a problem with the messenger servers. Your sister signs in fine, because her passport may connect to a different server but your password connects to an other. You just have to wait until the problem is fixed

Goto MSN Messenger > Tools > Options > Connection > Start Troubleshooter

Run it and it should solve the problem
