Fundamentals is a crappy version of XP for older machines. It's newish. It's designed more for terminal PCs than standalone.
My AIO DVDs got screwed up. I can't be bothered re-downloading them. I only have my (legit) XP Home and Pro CDs lying about now.

tho its probably possible to change 98 to 99 everywhere.

no, the actual installation screen was like that, it wasnt photoshopped 
and after installation it said 99 everywhere, but its probably possible to replace it everywhere |
