O.P. WTF! - "Please Choose Which Operating System You Would Like To Load"

i formatted my hard drive (the one with windows, and now when i turn on my pc i get and option to load Windows XP, and Windows XP.... how can i remove the second one?

why is it there? i only have one windows installed now
