No, currently, it's impossible to log audio or videoconference chats. I don't think this will be included in Plus (at least in the near future versions of Plus). If you want to record audio chats, I'd suggest you to use a program to record sounds. There are sure lots of those kind of programs... pick up the best that suits your needs
