in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\PerPassportSettings\<account_id>\WarningMsgCount
set it to:
=> 5 to disable
=> 0xFFFFFFFF (hexadecimal!) to always enable
=> 0 to start the 5-times count again
