Yes, votes from staff should be worth more.		2	6.25%
Yes, but it should be like this: Staff/Elites = 2 points, everyone else = 1 point		18	56.25%
No, everyone should have equal voting power.		12	37.5%
Total:		32 votes	100%

Personally I'd like to see only certain members being allowed to vote, not on the elite and above scale...members who are trusted and are regarded as mature can vote, anyone unknown can't...and everyone has equal voting power
