I use filters, but this limitation does not bother me
I use fileters, I wish microsoft fixes this soon
I think microsoft should fix this problem, who knows if I'll be using filters in the future
I don't and never will use filters, so it doesnt matter for me

This isn't really a Messenger problem (I believe it has the infrastructure to support these alerts already), it's with Hotmail itself not sending the notifications.
