why not? the only bad thing is the free space. the rest is ok for running one (or even more) virtual machines (at the same time)
as i said: in my Pentium II 266 MHx with 192 Mb RAM, I ran MVWare with the main OS Windows XP and the guest one Windows 98 (and i assigned 96 MB RAM to it). It ran quite well.

nope. The file grows as needed. (well, maybe if you do a non-quick format of the virtual drive, the file may grow all is maximun size at once).
