O.P.  Internet problem
Hi. I am asking this question for a friend of mine who is having trouble logging into forums and other registered websites. (e.g. MsgPlus Forums, Neopets.) Often it says that he is logged in... but he is not and therefore can't access the features on registered websites.
This problem ocurred after he delted his cookies. Could this perhaps be the cause of this problem? And how could he fix this problem to allow him to log into registered sites? Any helpful information would be appericated.
