You should try LeechGet, free download accelerator, only 2 text ads, and has a plugin for compatibility with Mozilla/Opera/Netscape.

Firefox is moldable, because you can install extensions and themes, etc. I like it over Opera or Avant. I only use IE if I have to.(dodgy Windows Update site....)
