yeah, well it's not always you are using internet explorer with full screen 8-)

.. and for some windowblinds skins, like one im using, the blinking on the taskbar,we cant barely see it, and i also have the window sounds disabled, so its kinda hard to check..

I keep all my "desktop contacts" right over the start menu, and they're set as "Always on top", so that would really help
