Hmm try searching spyware with a different spyware program like spybot search and destroy.
if you also get messenger plus popping up there then its definetly messenger plus! If not then its just ur program stating that messenger plus is spyware even though it isnt. Basically like monstor.rat said.

As i was saying, none of these things from the screenshot are related to messenger plus! except the one called messenger plus which are the actual files, not the adware.
