Try a clean install of Plus!:
- Uninstall Plus! including preferences and plugins if you haven't already done so (if unsure about telling it to delete preferences etc. reinstall Plus! again first)
- Reboot
- Remove all folders in program files folder pointing towards messenger Plus (might be more than one folder)
- Reinstall Plus! again.
