I dont think you understand what it is.
Say you want to sign up for a website, but you don't want to give your real e-mail address, because you know you will get loads of spam. Then you just give anything @pokemail.com for example saralisthegreatestguyontheplanet@pokemail.com and then it will store the e-mails you get to that address for 24 hours, and delete it. There is no sign up required, so can be done very quickly
Ive been using it for quite a while now, and its good.
