The best i can suggest is to try to create one....image editing/making , with good tools, is pretty easy..(most of the users of the forum make their own avatars)...You can use programs like adobe photoshop and macromedia fireworks (both good) and look for tutorials on the web, to learn...OR you can ask one of the members to make you one...
