Although I don't know anything about coding, but Outlook's API is way different than MSN Messenger's API (guys, is it?). Patchou is spending his time on Plus! way enough and I just don't think there is no time to spend it on other projects. :)

You could ask Microsoft/Windows Messenger/Outlook developers to do that.
