Try going doing this after exiting MSN Messenger (sorry!):
> Go to Start menu
> Run...
> type cmd
> press OK or hit the ENTER key
> on the DOS window type:
> regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins\OutToPlug.dll"
It should register the DLL file.
OK registered regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\MessengerPlus! 3\Plugins\OutToPlug.dll" (you put a space between messenger and plus....happens to me too) and result is....
