Thats Internet Explorer's way of telling you it can't open it because of DNS problems. It happens quite often for me sometimes also, on certain websites. I don't know if this might help, but you can try it. In the command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns". That will clear your DNS list, and get a new one from your ISP's server. If that doesn't help, get firefox :p.
