I guess if you change all the html file types to be opened with Firefox it can be done.

I can open all links from MSNM in Maxthon. I don't need StuffPlug anymore. I think all it comes down to are what extensions are registered. Maybe someone can look into this more?

EDIT: I am saying this because I know some people have problems with opening all links in Firefox. Maybe it has changed with the newer versions. Don't know for sure.
