TheBlasphemer (creator of StuffPlug) used the
PHP timestamp tags in StuffPlug to make up the date/timestamp. It has been reported that all those tags would be available in StuffPlug (thus also %I for the 12h clock). But from reading that thread it seems they are not all already been added, but they will in the next version...
The best thing you can do is simply trying them out:
