What msn messenger are you running at work,also
Messenger Plus and any plugins &
version of windows are you using..?
ALSO a word of advice..if you say your other workmates have voice chat ..if they are using the same sort of computer and programs check your settings against theirs and match yours with theirs..that may helpyou may be able to find the problem then
