EDIT: Not fond anything, there is no seperate DVD codec on any KLite Code Pack website. 
I'm sure such things exist as one of my mates at college used one. Anyone else know where i can get something like this?

You download the pack and then when insalling you get to choose which codecs to install
But I'm not sure if it has a DVD decoder.
