Not really.
Some games can run if the original CD's ISO is mounted on a virtual HDD.
A game that I know that allows you to play it if the iso is mounted on a virtual drive is Warcraft III (both RoC and TFT)
There is also a program called
GameJackal that allows says that you can play your game without a cd, but I dont know if this really works and if this is legal...
