tho its probably possible to change 98 to 99 everywhere.

This is a unreleased "Spoof" operating system. I do not still have the text file that came with the original download from Vertigo173 or the video of the installation that he took in VMware. I do know, however that this does actually work, though it is not a licensed release. You will find that it is exactally with Windows 98. So much that it seems just like it just had "98" replaced with "99" in all places. There are some minor differences. For those of you who collect all the random "editions" that people post here on [censored] and other sites, this one will be a nice treat. Few people have it and I have been requested to repost it. The actual ISO was originally downloaded from Vertigo173, a very strong, and well known member of the [censored] community.
