What do you mean with "automatic msg for a Messenger Plus! sound"? What kind of Messenger Plus! sound? A custom sound? A notification sound? A build-in sound?

Since the away message doesn't have any associated sounds, I assume you you're talking about a build-in sound like when you type "/shello" in a conversation:
All those commands for the build-in sounds allow you to enter your own text after the command. So: "
/shello GoodDay Sir" will send "
GoodDay Sir" and play the sound, instead of sending the default "
Hello!".
You can also change the texts permanently. For this you need to alter the translation file of Messenger Plus!. So open the translation file you currently are using in Notepad or something (you'll find those files in the "
C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Languages" directory).
In that file search for the section "
[SoundCommands]", there you can change the texts.
In any way, you don't need any scripts for all this.
