Sorry, I don't have any ideas more, but have you tryed to reinstal Plus!???? Make a full unistal and try again...
Another thing, maybe can help us: do you recieve the sounds and don't hear them??? When you want to hear from the list before you send it, you don't hear it???? Your contacts can hear the sounds??? What version of Plus! and OS are you using???
