Need some new PC Stuff

Mmm I'm sick of running on a snail mail system for games and stuff...Im looking into buying some new stuff in general i am looking for some new..

RAM
Graphics Card
Speaker System
CPU
Hard Drive (possibly)
Anything else that would help?

Any advice on what brands to go, im looking at 2GIG of Ram because im getting games like Call of Duty 4 when they are released so i want a system that can play the game to its full capability on a 1280x1024 screen resolution. (Preferably nVidia or ATI)

Im looking for cheap-ish prices, i have a max budget of $750 AUD so if anyone can help out it would be great
