Total Commander may be able to help you.
However, you have to be there when you get the "Cannot read file ____" error to click "Skip All".
After you finish copying you can use the synchronize directories feature to see which files didn't get copied.
You can also try using
HDD Regenerator (not free) and/or
Spinrite (not free too) which may help you to get some of your data back.
