Hmm, I have Vista Ultimate and Vista Home Premium on laptop + Windows Live Messenger (Build 8.5.1302.1018) + Messenger Plus! Live 4.50.0.312 and I always had these "bugs" even on earlier versions of WLM & MP!L :S
