No, it'd be stupid, immature and no one in there right mind would want it.
Yes, but make it a Plus! option so people with different languages wont have to download a separate file (And people who dont want to, but want to look at it) wont have to download a seperete files

Well, i have screenshoted my beta of it(Please refer to first post). You wont be able to see all the funny things as it only does it in certain spots(eg, someone writting something, or you dont have an PSM). But some of its there at least :P.

And you can at least see how my skin looks(Fairly awesome looking isnt it?)
