RE: Laptop is heating up VERY quickly
I have a similar question. According to Everest, the GPU temperature of my laptop is always around 57 to 60 C (and hard drive is around 39), and that's during very light use (browsing the internet or typing in OpenOffice). Is that normal for laptops?
It's a new laptop, so it can't be dusty, and it always gets used on the desk. It also doesn't feel that hot at all. The specific model name is an Estonian one (Ordi Enduro 5290BF), so it's probably not much help here, but apparently its "barebone" is Compal FL90/FL92.
