That isn't going to solve anything at all. Server problems like this can occur on any account, including new ones.

If the problem doesn't go away I suggest you contact Support. That is the only way this is going to be solved.

If nobody bothers to report this kind of issues (and switching accounts or making new ones instead) then such issues will never ever get a high priority, or even worse, it wont get noticed by Microsoft.

Again, switching accounts is not going to solve it.
