p2p and torrents still work as usual, its only browsing the web thats being dodgy.
close your torrent client and p2p shit completely and then see if browsing works. if it does, you very likely have a case of the max half-open connections limit being reached, in which case you should try apply that eventid 4226 patch to remove the stupid limit.
tried it before, it does not affect the situation.
