That would involve creating something custom which can't be done (with just skinning). You can only take what already exists in a window and modify it slightly. You can't add new custom elements such as display pictures, buttons that do custom actions etc.
Trust me on this one, I have gone through a lot of experiments these past few years
I say this stuff because I've been there, done that.
