There is definitely an error in your skin that prevents Messenger from showing. To just make your Messenger come up again, cut and paste the skin's folder somewhere else so Messenger will have no files to load and so it will come up. To fix the issue, there must be a SkinTrace in your skin's folder. Check that out and see where the error is or attach the file here and we will tell you what to do.
