got both the laptop has no drivers, i have no drivers, and the bios doesn't support usb boot
edit[i didn't see network boot in the options, i had a thought to copy pc-bsd to the hard disk and hack the sys file that controls the boot to boot from the cd directory, the only problem is if i
f**k stuff it up or it does not work then i've screwed the computer as i won't be able to boot anything to fix it
