yeah, it really doesn't do much on skin. i used a load of it when i got some metal paint on me last summer. after 4 showers i was still covered in black patches so i figured that a more chemical based approach was needed
White Spirit is an irritant, it won't affect everyone but if you're susceptible to stuff like dermatitis/eczema it will.
